What we offer

Each service can be combined or standalone depending on your project needs.

3D Model Printing

FDM and resin printing for prototypes, fixtures, enclosures, and custom parts. We work with SolidWorks files (SLDPRT, STEP) and standard formats (STL, OBJ, 3MF). Files are managed through GrabCAD for team collaboration.

  • FDM (FFF) for strong structural parts
  • Resin for fine detail
  • STEP / SLDPRT preferred for accuracy

Hand Finishing

Sanding, priming, and surface prep for smooth, print-ready results. We take your raw 3D print from rough to refined — ready for painting, bonding, or final use.

  • Sanding from 120–2000 grit
  • Spot filler and primer application
  • Sealing with XTC-3D or similar

Painting

Rattle can, airbrush, and brush painting for custom color and finishes. From matte to gloss, one-color to multi-tone, we can match your vision.

  • Spot color and custom color matching
  • Gloss, matte, or satin clear coat
  • Masking for two-tone designs

RTV Tooling

Silicone mold making from a master pattern (3D printed or physical). Ideal for producing short runs of complex-shaped parts without hard tooling costs.

  • Smooth-On and similar silicone systems
  • Two-part molds for undercuts
  • Typically 20–50+ pulls per mold

Urethane Casting

Pour rigid or flexible urethane resins into RTV molds for functional prototype copies. Great for small production runs and investor samples.

  • Rigid and flexible urethane options
  • Pigmented or clear castings
  • Shore hardness matched to spec

Prototype Support

From CAD file review to finished part, we can help you navigate the prototype process. Let us know what you're building and we'll help figure out the right approach.

  • File review and DFM feedback
  • Material selection guidance
  • End-to-end prototype coordination

Accepted file formats

We work with SolidWorks and GrabCAD for file collaboration, and accept most standard CAD and 3D print formats. STEP and SLDPRT files give us the most accurate geometry.

SLDPRT / SLDASMNative SolidWorks — preferred
STEP / STPUniversal CAD exchange format
STLStandard 3D print format
OBJPolygon mesh format
3MFModern 3D print format

Most 3D jobs require a custom quote.
