How It Works

Getting a custom print on your product is easier than you think. Here's the full process from start to finish.

Step 1

Upload a photo of your product

Snap a clear photo of the product you want printed on — or find a product image online. The clearer the photo, the better your mockup preview will look.

A plain background helps. Multiple angles are welcome.

Step 2

Upload your logo or artwork

Drop in your design file. Vector formats (AI, SVG, EPS) produce the sharpest results. We also accept PNG, JPG, and PDF.

AI and EPS files from Illustrator are ideal for pad printing plate setup.

Step 3

Place and preview your artwork

Use our mockup tool to position your logo on the product photo. Drag, resize, and rotate until it's exactly where you want it. Save the mockup as part of your quote.

This is just a reference preview — final placement is confirmed during production.

Step 4

Submit your quote request

Tell us about your product, quantity, deadline, and any special requirements. We'll calculate an estimate for simple jobs, or flag your request for a custom quote.

Step 5

Approve the quote and mockup

We'll review your request and send a confirmed quote. Once you approve the mockup and price, we'll send you shipping instructions.

For simple, estimated jobs, you may be able to authorize payment right away. Custom quotes go through review first.

Step 6

Ship your product to us

Send your product to Little Fish Printing. If you're buying new, you can ship straight from the vendor to us. Used products may need a quick condition review.

We'll send the shipping address after approval. Pack your product carefully to avoid damage in transit.

Step 7

We print and finish it

Once we receive your product, we set up the artwork, run a test, and print. We'll notify you when production is complete.

Depending on the print method and finish, turnaround is typically 3–7 business days after product receipt.

Step 8

We ship it back to you

Your freshly printed product is packaged carefully and shipped back. You'll receive a tracking number when it goes out.

A few important notes

Shipping new products directly

If you're buying a new product online (Amazon, retailer, etc.), you can ship it directly to Little Fish Printing after your quote is approved. We'll give you the exact address and instructions.

Used products

We accept used products, but we may need to evaluate condition before final approval. Significant damage, residue, or coating issues can affect print quality and adhesion. We'll flag anything that needs attention.
